WHY OUR WAX IS DIFFERENT
We use rapeseed wax as our main component blend and is imported from Europe where it’s grown in abundance. Rapeseed wax is derived from the rapeseed plant and is 100% natural, GMO-free, palm-free, biodegradable, vegan friendly, cruelty-free, petroleum-free and non-allergenic.
Rapeseed is a plant that has been grown sustainably for hundreds of years without intensive farming practices. This makes it a much better alternative to waxes such as soy, which are often associated with poor environmental, ethical, and animal cruelty issues. In some areas of the world, due to devastating deforestation, soy production is causing massive risks to valuable ecosystems and species such as the Amazon, the Atlantic Forest, the Cerrado, and the American Grasslands.
