Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY TIMES.
All purchases are made to order and undergo a curing process to ensure the stability of the blended wax. Typically this process is within 4-5 business days (Monday to Friday, non-holidays) of the order being placed. Please allow up to 12 days to receive your order before contacting Cultured Wax, especially during the holiday season when the candle studio is busy. Orders placed after 5 pm will not be processed until the following working day. Once shipped, orders are generally delivered in 5-7 days via USPS, depending upon the delivery destination. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with tracking information. Please note that items will not be shipped during U.S. bank holidays. Cultured Wax, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS operations.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Cultured Wax. Each product is handmade with great care taken in formulating, blending, pouring, packing, and shipping your order. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email support@culturedwax.com explaining the reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to return your product.
Unused products packed in the original protective packaging (including bubble wrap) must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept any product that has been used. Returns must include the order number found on the original sales receipt; this will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase.
Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product.
Please Note: As with all natural products and handmade items, there may be very slight variations in containers, color, and scent from batch to batch.
